We are a young, dynamic and ambitious team consisting of five employees: Tim, Valentine, Marcus, Philipp and Stephan.

On average, we are:

  • 5’8″ tall

  • twenty-five years old

  • and have so far accompanied 5 projects or

    guided.

Tim

Tim joined guideIT as a senior guide on 01.01.2020. After a dual study of computer science in a consulting company, he was attracted to a globally active mechanical engineering company. There he could prove his theoretical knowledge in practice and managed many mostly agile projects in an international, strategic environment. Tim has a broad professional background and has acquired a particularly deep expertise in the area of CRM.

“All project measures must be understood as part of a larger whole. They are subject to a goal to bring the company forward. In all projects it is important not to lose sight of this goal and to mirror the activities/project against this goal in order to support customers in the best possible way”.

Valentine

From her time as a dual Bachelor and Master student at International Management Valentine brings rich academic knowledge and professional experience. Since joining guideIT on 18.02.2019, she combines this theoretical and practical expertise to efficiently manage our projects. As a native Frenchwoman who also lived in the USA for a year, international environments are familiar territory for her.

Marcus

Marcus is the newest member of guideIT since completing his master studies in economics. Since 03.06.2019 he has been using his experience from various international strategic projects and his expertise in the field of digitisation for his work as Junior guide (project manager). His motto is: All knowledge is worth having – there is no useless knowledge.

Marcus especially lives the value of sustainability:

Philipp

Philipp has been working at guideIT as a junior guide since 13.02.2019. He brings his experience as an industrial business management assistant and his specialist knowledge from his studies of business administration with a focus on project management and business informatics into his daily work. His expertise in the area of the “PMO as a Service” model, which he analyzed in his bachelor thesis, offers particular added value.
