This starts with an onboarding process that allows us to accompany our employees and develop them in such a way that they as people and we as a company can meet the challenges and the requirements of our customers.
We therefore take several months for the onboarding of young guides. We personally accompany our employees every day until they decide that they no longer need support. This guidance can be adapted or even omitted for experienced employees.
Our claim is that all parties involved, the new guides, the experienced guides and the customers feel good and enjoy working together.
