Senior Consultant IT Service Management (m/f/d). 

 

YOUR ROLE / YOUR TASKS

  • Assumption of consulting activities in the environment of IT strategy or IT service management,
  • Cross-industry assumption of project or topic responsibility,
  •  Development of IT (sourcing) strategies, IT processes and IT service management processes,
  • Supporting our clients in the design and implementation of all projects in the aforementioned areas of activity,
  • Quality assurance in the above-mentioned subject areas.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed relevant degree,
  • Mind. Three years of professional experience in consulting or similar positions,
  • Solid experience with current digitization and technology trends as well as the use of ITSM frameworks and project management methodologies,
  • Proven successful projects,
  • Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written),
  • Willingness to travel due to project requirements.
