• Assumption of consulting activities in the IT/OT environment, e.g. IT/OT strategy or IT service management
• Cross-industry assumption of project or topic responsibility
• Development of IT/OT (sourcing) strategies, IT/OT processes and IT service management processes
• Supporting our customers in the conception and implementation of all projects in the aforementioned areas of activity
• Quality assurance in the above-mentioned subject areas

• Completed relevant studies
• At least three years or, as a senior, five years of experience in consulting or similar positions
• Solid experience with the use of ITSM frameworks and project management methods
• Proven successful projects
• Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)
• Project-related willingness to travel
